We are at the end of October. This means winter begins tomorrow. So we want to talk about heat: Your hot tubs and Jacuzzi. Because the months you’re going to be using them a lot are right around the corner.
They’re a great way to unwind and you can use them year round! We’re going to talk about how they can improve your life as well as why it’s important to keep them in peak working condition.
Why you are definitely going to use your Hot Tub
So many hot tub and Jacuzzi owners get them to reduce stress, both physical and mental. Our bodies take a beating when we work long hours or spend all day helping others, and that can affect our mental capacities as well. Soaking in hot water, letting the jets massage your body is a great way to unwind.
Some people take long, hot baths to unwind, but at Pool Daddy , we prefer a soak in the hot tub– alone or with your partner or friends. Keeping this stress relief investment clean and with working parts will reduce your stress levels even further! We can help make sure it stays in working condition so you never have to go without.
2. Aches and Pains
We’ve all seen tv shows or movies where someone has a group of friends over in the hot tub, sipping on champagne or eating hors d’oeuvers. Having a hot tub is a great way to entertain small groups. Double dates, post-work bonding, and other small gatherings are made better with a hot tub– especially when it starts getting cold our or after a nice night out dancing.
Some homeowners opt to install a hot tub as an in-ground unit, usually adjacent to their in-ground pool. You can also install an above ground option into a deck. The more permanent the structure, the more you can get out of the property when it’s sold! If you own a property or apartment complex, having a hot tub or Jacuzzi can be a major selling point, much like a pool.
Pool cleaning and maintenance can be pricey, but hot tubs take a little less work and parts. They still need to be cleaned periodically and the parts need to be maintained and checked regularly for leaks or failures, but filling it with water costs much less and any chemicals you may need or want to add will not need to be done in such high concentrations as the pool.
Take it with you: Unlike pools, a hot tub may be easy to take with you if you move. Most above ground units are fairly easy to set up and take out. Some apartment owners can even install a hot tub! If you rent or own a property and are interested in installing a hot tub, you will face fewer roadblocks as you would with a pool or in-ground hot tub.
